Star-Moon World, First Continent, Mechanical Capital, Rhodes City.
Because of the Legendary War, the Star-Moon Continent had been shattered several times. What had once been one enormous continent was now four large continents and countless islands, both large and small.
The Star-Sleep Forest connected to the Cross-World Teleportation Array was on the Second Continent, while Clear Spring Valley, where the Divine Deer now lived, was on the First Continent.
Across the four continents, there were eight super-metropolises in total, the cities with the greatest concentrations of Legendary Beast Tamers.
Although Rhodes City was not a super-metropolis, it was still quite famous. After all, it was one of the few cities known for the Mechanical System.
The most distinctive sight in the city was that most pedestrians had mechanical prosthetics. Even some Pet Beasts beside Beast Tamers had undergone mechanical modification, fitted with either a mechanical leg or half a mechanical face.
"Rhodes City is also called the 'Crippled Capital.' Its mechanical modification industry is highly developed. Beast Tamers inevitably get knocked around in battle, and they or their Pet Beasts can lose limbs... In situations like that, many Beast Tamers choose to get mechanical prosthetics. By comparison, mechanical modification is already a mature industry. As long as they don't insist on high-quality mechanical prosthetics and choose inexpensive modifications, even ordinary Beast Tamers can quickly regain normal mobility."
"Also, since becoming a cyborg gives you extra abilities, many able-bodied Beast Tamers undergo modification too. They seek that powerful transformation. The mechanical equipment on their bodies can unleash terrifying firepower and suppress ordinary Fierce Beasts, letting them dive underwater and fly through the sky. So
