Beneath that enormous tree, countless figures gathered around.
At the same time, searing heat rapidly spread outward from that spot.
Besides the roaring flames, voices rang out one after another.
With Mind Communication, anyone there would have heard clearly where the loudest heckling came from:
"Rustle, rustle! (Extreme Flame Red Lotus, your flames might be hot, but they don't last long enough! How come you're finished already? Can't keep it up?)"
"Rustle, rustle! (Hey, black crow! No wonder this big parasol tree wanted more Fire Element pet beasts. Your flames are way too cool! Aren't they even cooler than a wildfire?)"
Many of the watching Plant Element pet beasts "glared" at the rustling Eternal Azure Sky Vine, clearly indignant at its eagerness to fan the flames while enjoying the show.
At the same time, they looked toward the center with considerable worry.
At that moment, two pet beasts occupied separate sides of the Hundred-Bird Parasol Tree at the very top.
Both pet beasts were mobilizing all their energy, pouring flames onto the branches, trunk, and roots of the Hundred-Bird Parasol Tree in the center.

Fortunately, the Heart of the Phoenix's structure was exceptional, made by Zhu Hong from the Saint Spirit Tier resource Grass Xirang.
Its resistance to high temperatures went without saying.
Otherwise, they would surely have scorched the entire Heart of the Phoenix connected to this enormous aerial aviary.
Yet the Hundred-Bird Parasol Tree in the center paid no attention to the roasting heat.
