The site for the Trading Center had been chosen, and its development model had been clearly mapped out.
The group members all supported appointing "Collect Sacrificial Power" as the chamber's president.
The discussion then turned to what to name the chamber.
The group members proposed all sorts of ideas before finally voting to name it the Gold Coin Chamber of Commerce.
It was named after the Fifth-Generation Origin "Gold Coin," which was also what had first motivated the group members to become merchants.
After the group's name was changed, Collect Sacrificial Power, now the group owner, began explaining the chamber's rules in greater detail.
Collect Sacrificial Power (group owner):
Since everyone has decided to establish a chamber of commerce, let's work together to make it bigger and stronger.
Some issues are better clarified in advance, so we don't end up with conflicts over details in the future.
First, changes in chamber membership.
Once the chamber is established, our interests will be tied together, but incompatibilities may still arise as we develop.
For example, some players might join early without actually contributing anything, yet still expect to keep profiting from the chamber's growth.

So we need to establish a comprehensive contribution points system.
Points will be calculated based on members' activities, including but not limited to going out to sea to recruit customers, building the Trading Center, and connecting the Trading Center with alien races. I'll write out the details later.
Going forward, we'll use contribution points to assess each player's contributions, tallying them every three months. Anyone who falls below the passing threshold twice in a row will be expelled.
Second, potential conflicts over decision-making.
We're bound to disagree about the chamber's development in the future.
I believe we can resolve
