After reaching the Monarch Realm, one could apply to the higher ranks to establish an independent Sub-Warband at any time.
If successful, they would leave the direct control of the Dark Tide Main Legion and gain autonomy over their development. They could freely gather scattered Evil Spirits and even build their own power structure, subject to no force Beyond the Demon Gods.
Once their force grew strong enough, they could even privately establish an Exclusive Space within their Sub-Warband, build a Trial Ground of their own, and nurture newborn Evil Spirits, creating a self-sufficient cycle of development.
Di Nian was now a Monarch and fully qualified to apply.
The only uncertainty lay with the Divine Eyes who held the authority to review applications.
These ancient Divine Eyes in their lofty positions only granted independence to Evil Spirits with absolute talent.

"No need. The Evil Spirit Alliance has weathered a hundred turbulent years, piecing itself together from scattered, wandering Orphaned Evil Spirits and gradually finding its footing. It's time it had a home." Evil Eye hesitated no longer and promptly submitted the application for a Monarch Sub-Warband through the Great Evil Moon.
