Clan members often played the roles of "prophets" or "necromancers," possessing the ability to perceive things others could not.

Almost every member of the Deathspeaker Clan possessed the unique blood law "Mind Network." It had only one effect: allowing them to connect their consciousness to a mental network shared by all vampires who possessed "Mind Network." Within it, Deathspeakers could share one another's senses in real time, as well as "upload" knowledge and intelligence, while any shared information could be "downloaded" by other members at any time.
