They had captured God-Eater Beasts alive before and even studied them specifically. Their conclusion had been that a God-Eater Beast exposed to air could survive no longer than ten seconds.
Yet this red God-Eater Beast had been exposed inside the box for nearly several minutes and remained full of life.
Could God-Eater Beasts really be slowly evolving? Were their previous research findings becoming inapplicable?
