November 8, the early hours. Torrential rain.
Every player saw the same crimson text pop up-
[Ghost Story: Wedding Dress.] [All players wiped out.]
The thunder did not sound out of place amid the howling wind and driving rain, but it still made everyone's heart tremble.
[Wedding Dress].
A newly emerged tale, a [Multiplayer Mode] Ghost Story.
Yang looked at his phone, his brow deeply furrowed.
The last Ghost Story that had put him under such pressure was [Ping'an Hospital], so he had spent an enormous number of Spirit Pupils to forcibly skip that round of the game.
But this time...
There was a veteran player he was close to in the [Wedding Dress] Ghost Story.
Through that player, code-named [Home Flower], Yang had learned the opening lines and game requirements for [Wedding Dress].
Yet it was precisely because he knew them that he felt increasingly certain something was terribly wrong with this Ghost Story.
[Ghost Story: Wedding Dress.] [Opening lines: Put on my wedding dress.] [I don't want to die too soon.] [I ask you... where will we go after death?] [You laugh as you cry.] [Caressing my rotting body.] [Kissing my skeletal arm.] [Softly saying-] [There's still time, there's still time...]
Very few tales could make a veteran player's skin crawl through their opening lines alone. [Wedding Dress] had done it.
After seeing those opening lines, all five players in [Home Flower]'s group had fallen into extreme terror. They had even begun experiencing visual hallucinations to varying degrees before the game officially began on November 7.
"Yang, the game starts at midnight on November 7. These past few days have been really strange... we've all encountered scenes of brides getting married..." Home Flower said.
"Were they normal scenes, or hallucinations created by a ghost?"
