That voice was... Shen Hai?!
Xu Tingfang was stunned. She looked back in disbelief. Shen Hai, wearing silver-rimmed glasses, was leaning against the wall behind her, one hand covering her mouth and the other held before his own lips in a gesture for silence.
It really was him!
The warmth of leaning against Shen Hai brought Xu Tingfang back to her senses.
Despair and hope shifted and intertwined in the blink of an eye, leaving Xu Tingfang trembling all over.

Could he be a ghost in disguise?!
A terrifying guess surfaced in Xu Tingfang's mind.
But soon, she heard Shen Hai say, "Keep your voice down. Come over here to talk."
Shen Hai took his hand off Xu Tingfang's mouth and tilted his head back, signaling for her to follow.
Xu Tingfang stared at him blankly. That expression, that tone-who else could it be but Shen Hai?
But when Shen Hai appeared behind her and suddenly stopped her from going to see the Administrator, she still found it utterly unbelievable.
She watched Shen Hai stroll through the Library as casually as if he were in his own courtyard. He went straight to a window at the back of the Library. The window was open, and thick fog still filled the air outside.
"All right. Ask whatever you want to ask."
Shen Hai leaned against the window and looked down at her.
Xu Tingfang stared at him in terror, shaking her head repeatedly without speaking, only hurriedly gesturing for him to be quiet.
Since this man had come into the Library, he should have seen the sign listing the Library area's rules. What was he doing?
Shen Hai pulled a packet of tissues from his pocket
