After defeating Mai Xin and Wuwang, Yun Che learned that the Heavenly Dao Council had sent the three Ancestor Lords to seize the Great Void Ancestral Source. The Council’s black-armored cavalry arrived to demand his surrender, but Yun Che and his allies prepared to fight them.

After returning to the Azure Luan God Kingdom and ordering the demon armies out of Earth, Yun Che began fusing with Yuan Che’s Divine Body, which held a strand of his primordial origin.

• Yun Che used the Heaven and Earth Time-Heart Stele to nearly annihilate Ding Jian, but Ouyang Xifan intervened, struck Yun Che, and saved Ding Jian.
• Le Shuanglan, Zu Gongchu, and Little White tried to slow Yun Che’s fall, and Little White diverted him away from a city into the barren mountains.

Meanwhile, Yun Che prepared an expedition into the Ancient Ruins at Shennongjia, where supernatural powers would fail, to pursue the Primordial Witch God’s inheritance and subdue an ancient demon.

• Gu Nancheng told Liu He, Gu Yan, and Gu Yao that the family needed new warriors to survive the changing era, and Gu Yan and Gu Yao agreed to enroll and ask the Paranormal Special Operations Squad about Gu Chen.
• Yun Che and his companions discussed the Ancient Ruins in Shennongjia, where a suppression effect and periodic erosion winds made supernatural powers and new energy weapons unusable.

After defeating the remnants, they received Heavenly Dao reward chests, and Yun Che learned that the Divine Martial System had lost most of its authority as the Divine Martial World returned to the Ancestral Land.
