Ch. 361Thundercloud

Kallen's team secured a plentiful food supply and reached the outskirts of the Pool of Sorrow to seek more soul contracts. Meanwhile, preparations for the Wall God's return and a covert Reincarnation Church operation unfolded as Romir warned that an awakened god could emerge from the gate.

  • Kallen tested the black plants near the Dark Cavern and found their filling edible, allowing Bart and the others to gather a plentiful food supply.
  • Kallen learned about the Pool of Sorrow from the ladybug inside Mars and led the rested team to a mountain overlooking it.
  • Mr. Bede guided Piaget's mural of the Wall God, while Piaget warned that the god's descent would make every church their enemy.
  • Romir ordered her subordinates to stop harassing the Order God Church's participants and learned that the unusually wide gate might indicate an awakening god.
  • Romir contacted Sumil, who was traveling with Gaitenbert toward the Order trial participants to carry out an infiltration plan and had received Peide's request to locate Kallen.
  • Romir warned an Elder Council representative about the danger of a hungry god emerging and urged advance notification of the other Orthodox Churches.

Ch. 362The Wall God... Rilielsa!

Kallen prepared to approach the Pool of Sorrow settlement while helping Muli face the threat of Gaitenbert. In a dream connected to Linda and the Wall God Church, Kallen discovered the Pool of Sorrow might be linked to the Wall God, then found himself confronted by Rilielsa.

  • Kallen explained that he would send a messenger to the Pool of Sorrow settlement and give its residents time to choose someone before he arrived.
  • Kallen told Muli that he might have to face Gaitenbert alone, urged him to hold on to his will to survive, and advised him not to treat resistance as a sin.
  • Sumil subdued the three-headed python and forced its occupants to accept a restriction on their souls, then reflected on the former Tanshiyin Queen and the fate of beings inside the gate.
  • While Aisili, Blanche, and Xijinni waited, Kallen dreamed of Piaget's House and noticed that a mural's image of the Female Giant resembled the Pool of Sorrow.
  • Linda told Kallen she was with the Female Giant, and when Kallen tried to wake, she opened the curtains to reveal an enormous eye as Kallen recognized the Wall God, Rilielsa.

Ch. 363Hello, Sir

Kallen confronted the sleeping Wall God through Linda’s dream and learned that the god had singled him out. After realizing the house was part of his own dream and that leaving would lead him into the Female Giant’s mouth, Kallen turned the dream into a defense and faced Linda’s revelation that he was Lord Raniedal.

  • Kallen resisted the Wall God’s overwhelming gaze until Linda closed the curtains, then followed her downstairs to talk about Piaget.
  • Linda revealed that the Wall God was nearing awakening and had marked Kallen, warning him to leave before the god’s attention reached him.
  • As Linda lost control of herself and the house twisted around them, Kallen used the Eyes of the Dark Moon and Chains of Order to stabilize the space.
  • Linda urged Kallen toward the front door, but he realized the house was his own dream and that the Female Giant was waiting beyond the doorway to swallow him.
  • Kallen recognized the house as a stronghold within his heart, and Linda addressed him as Lord Raniedal.

Ch. 364He was... a god!

Kallen fought Linda inside the transformed family home and escaped her control by using powers stored in the house. He returned to reality just as the Throne of Order sealed the area, leaving Linda to realize that he was the God of Order rather than the weakened Raniedal she had mistaken him for.

  • Kallen challenged Linda’s claim that he was Raniedal and fought her for control of the house, using Alfred’s prayers to break free of her spell.
  • Kallen drew on the Dark Moon, seawater, Chains of Order, and the Silver Mask to resist Linda and reach the front door.
  • Kallen refused Linda’s offer to obtain a mural of the Mills Goddess and left the house despite her threats.
  • The Throne of Order appeared and sealed the area, but Kallen escaped through a gap and returned to reality.
  • Linda realized Kallen was the God of Order and desperately tried to awaken the Great Being.

Ch. 365Everything... Orderized!

Kallen was nearly absorbed by the Throne of Order, but used Order Awakening to turn its power against it and Orderize his abilities and allies. He returned to reality transformed, while the Throne of Order shifted its attention to the approaching awakening of the Wall God Rilielsa.

  • Kallen charged into the Throne of Order’s seal, where black thunderbolts dismantled his Sea God Armor, destroyed his senses, and broke apart his body and powers.
  • Kallen severed his connection to Puer to keep the throne’s power from reaching her, while the thunderbolts dispersed Primordial Ancestor Allen and weakened Dis.
  • As the throne’s purple chain began absorbing him, Kallen cried out, "Order... Awakening!" and reversed the flow of power, restoring himself by drawing on the Throne of Order.
  • Kallen Orderized Dis, Primordial Ancestor Allen, Light, the Eyes of the Dark Moon, the Sea God Armor, and the Gate of Reincarnation, remaking them as aspects of Order.
  • When the Throne of Order began suppressing the awakening Wall God Rilielsa, Kallen abandoned his attempt to take the purple chain and escaped back to reality, where he felt intensely hungry.

Ch. 366No, I'm hungry

After recovering from the psychic shocks at the Pool of Sorrow, Kallen hurried toward Tajima Village as the Wall God’s awakening drew near. Gaitenbert and Funites arrived to descend into Kallen and Muli, while Kallen’s hunger began to rise again.

  • Aisili told Kallen that he had been unconscious for a day after drawing away the Pool of Sorrow’s psychic shocks, and she said her contracted souls had been found.
  • Kallen ordered his squad to leave for Tajima Village, and he gradually recovered his Spiritual Power and strength during the journey.
  • When Muli sensed Gaitenbert nearby, Kallen refused to waste [Black Prison Castle] and told Bart to take the others to Tajima Village if he and Muli did not return within three hours.
  • Kallen and Muli walked into a grove, linked their minds with a Spiritual Bridge Scroll, and prepared to face Gaitenbert and Funites.
  • Gaitenbert approached Muli, whose Token suppressed him and forced him to kneel, while Funites appeared behind Kallen in the form of a three-headed giant python.
  • Muli said he felt humiliated, and Kallen trembled as darkness swirled in his eyes and answered that he was hungry.

Ch. 367Entertaining the guests!

Kallen let the Three-Headed Python enter his soul while he watched Muli through their Spiritual Bridge, then left to investigate an unusual change in Muli's trial. The Python tried to seize Kallen's body but discovered his many Order-aligned powers and found its escape routes blocked, leaving it facing Primordial Ancestor Allen and the Sea God Armor.

  • Gaitenbert entered Muli's mental space, subdued his soul, and began trying to take control of his body.
  • The Three-Headed Python entered Kallen's body and tried to frighten him, but Kallen admitted he had lost his binding Token and remained composed.
  • Kallen sensed a change in Muli's trial, withdrew from his mental space, and told the Python to entertain itself while he went to Muli.
  • The Python uncovered Kallen's Dark Moon, black armor, Guardian Totem, Gate of Order, and Temple Elder, then tried to flee when it realized how exceptional he was.
  • Primordial Ancestor Allen and the Order Flames blocked the Python's escape passages, while the Magic Cube identified the real passage among its decoys.
  • The Python split into two brothers to fight, but the Sea God Armor joined Primordial Ancestor Allen, leaving the brothers facing two opponents.

Ch. 368Let me wash yours too

Kallen intervened in Gaitenbert’s attempt to take over Muli’s body and purified the Benda Family’s inherited short blade after Muli pledged his loyalty to Order’s teachings. Meanwhile, the Jamie Brothers awakened Funites in Kallen’s consciousness, and Gaitenbert ended the chapter terrified as the purified blade answered only to Muli.

  • The Jamie Brothers failed to escape Kallen’s sealed consciousness and awakened Funites by transferring their soul power into her; she opened her eyes and praised the God of Order.
  • Gaitenbert used Muli’s shield and short blade to break through his defenses, while Kallen arrived and challenged Gaitenbert’s claim to be the original man.
  • Gaitenbert attacked Muli, but Kallen shielded him with Chains of Order and Dis’s manifestation; Gaitenbert’s short blade failed to harm Kallen.
  • After the short blade rejected Kallen and struck at him, Muli’s faith in his family inheritance collapsed, and he affirmed his trust in Kallen and commitment to Order’s teachings.
  • Kallen purified the short blade with Order-Purification, after which it flew to Muli and broke his shackles.
  • Gaitenbert failed to summon the purified blade and cried out in terror as Muli held it.

Ch. 369Divine descent!

Kallen seized control of the Order relics, destroyed Funites, and discovered that his Chains of Order grew more purple when he devoured souls. As Gaitenbert died from a hidden restriction and Sumil was recalled, the Wall God-Rilielsa awakened beneath the Pool of Sorrow.

  • Kallen forced Gaitenbert to relinquish the Round Shield, purified it with the Chains of Order, and demanded Gaitenbert's memories in the form of a yellow orb.
  • Sumil sent Thousand Enchantments into Kallen's body, where it vanished after Kallen attacked and destroyed Funites and the three-headed Giant Python.
  • Kallen's Chains of Order gained more purple traces as they consumed the remains, and he found a hidden restriction that dissipated when its host died.
  • Gaitenbert extracted the yellow orb, but a restriction burned him to death and left Muli unconscious; Kallen then trapped a struggling black creature with his Chains of Order.
  • Sumil lost contact with Thousand Enchantments, but the Clone Recall Art summoned her away before she could investigate Kallen.
  • The Wall God-Rilielsa emerged from beneath the Pool of Sorrow, and her roar shook the worlds inside and outside the gate.

Ch. 370Prepare for Battle

The Wall God Rilielsa awakened and advanced toward the Reincarnation Church’s Central Hub, while her influence drove people to attack the trial participants. Kallen reunited with his squad, learned that pursuers and a Lizard Dragon were closing in, and ordered everyone to summon the castle and prepare for battle.

  • Rilielsa awakened in a storm of curses and magma and began marching toward the Reincarnation Church’s Central Hub.
  • Sumil ordered the Central Hub evacuated and its defenses abandoned, while enthralled clerics attacked the trial participants in Reincarnation Valley.
  • Kallen found Muli unconscious, reunited with Ventura and Bart, and learned that Bart had disobeyed orders to search for him.
  • Kallen told his squad that Rilielsa had awakened, then encountered Passio and the other trial participants fleeing an encirclement of enthralled attackers.
  • A Lizard Dragon approached the group, and Kallen ordered everyone to summon the castle and prepare for battle.

Ch. 371The gods' grudges

Kallen used [Black Prison Castle] to repel the first wave of pursuers, but the battle exhausted his squad’s War Equipment and strength. After learning that no pursuers had come from Blazing Valley, he suspected Raniedal’s mental imprint had awakened and decided to draw the next wave there, leaving the gods to settle their grudges.

  • Kallen summoned [Black Prison Castle], baited the Lizard Dragon with Xianty, and killed it with the Magic Crystal Cannon.
  • Kallen combined the Frey Forest Formation, the Hodaman Vine-Binding Formation, and the cannon’s Black Flames to destroy the strongest pursuers, then directed Passio and the others to clear the remaining enemies.
  • After nearly two hours of fighting, Kallen’s squad and Passio’s group had exhausted their War Equipment and were too drained to face another attack.
  • Muli woke and gave Kallen the yellow-bean memory Gaitenbert had separated before his death; he also reported that pursuers came from Black Forest City and Dark Cavern, but none from Blazing Valley.
  • Kallen reasoned that Raniedal’s mental imprint beneath Blazing Valley had likely awakened after Rilielsa’s return, and chose to go there to draw the next wave of pursuers.

Ch. 372Meeting the dog

Kallen led his exhausted companions into Blazing Valley to escape the approaching pursuers, where he recognized their host, Lord Dar, as Raniedal’s awakened mental imprint. Lord Dar brought them to his underground lair for a promised dinner, and Kallen identified a hidden statue as the Mills Goddess while telling Lord Dar about Annie, the woman who had sponsored his childhood.

  • Kallen ordered both squads to travel without rest to Blazing Valley, and Bart and Demel later reported that the second wave of pursuers was closing in.
  • The group entered Blazing Valley, endured its unsettling influence, and encountered Lord Dar and his black-cloaked knights; Kallen recognized Lord Dar as Raniedal’s mental imprint.
  • Lord Dar escorted the group into his cave, where they fed powerful Wraiths beside an underground lake before he led them toward dinner.
  • Kallen stopped before a concealed statue, saluted it as a follower of the Mills Goddess, and explained that Annie had sponsored his schooling and introduced him to the goddess.

Ch. 373You Are My Dog

Kallen and his team visited Lord Dar’s underground home, where they endured a tense dinner and explored its strange attractions. Alone with Kallen, Lord Dar revealed he had planned to use the guests as experimental materials, then recognized Kallen as a dog belonging to his awakened original self.

  • Lord Dar led Kallen and the team through a beach and a mirror that exposed their hidden anxiety before bringing them to dinner inside a juvenile water dragon’s skeleton.
  • Lord Dar served the team an elaborate meal and questioned them about soul contracts, while Muli volunteered that he was the only one without one.
  • Lord Dar abruptly left the dinner, and his guards guided the team through a library filled only with novels.
  • A guard summoned Kallen alone, and Lord Dar admitted he intended to extract and modify the guests’ souls and bodies to complete himself.
  • Kallen confirmed that Lord Dar’s original self had awakened, and Lord Dar concluded that Kallen belonged to that original self as a dog.

Ch. 374The first god to return

Kallen met Lord Dar, a separate self of his original self who had developed a past and future inside the Gate of Reincarnation, and secured his protection for his companions. Lord Dar then realized that the mysterious Superstandard Divine Descent Ritual may have been intended for him, making him the first god to return in this epoch.

  • Lord Dar mistook Kallen for a dog connected to his original self, then questioned their relationship when Kallen refused to kneel or pretend to be submissive.
  • Kallen explained that he understood Lord Dar and his original self were distinct, and showed him the Order Temple Elder who had helped shelter his original self.
  • Lord Dar agreed to protect Kallen and his companions after Kallen sensed the weight of his past, present, and future within the Gate of Reincarnation.
  • Lord Dar showed Kallen three sealed versions of himself and explained that the power of time had given his spiritual imprint an independent self, though leaving the Gate would destroy him.
  • Kallen and Lord Dar discussed the gods' return and how Kallen's original self had returned through a mysterious Superstandard Divine Descent Ritual.
  • Lord Dar concluded that the ritual's intended target may have been him, making him the first god to return in the epoch.

Ch. 375The churches divided

Kallen considered the growing connections between himself and the former God of Order while Lord Dar explained that he could not escort Kallen to the altar. As Rilielsa reached the Gate of Reincarnation, the churches divided over who would confront her, and the Order God Church agreed to wait outside Reincarnation Valley for at least a day.

  • Kallen weighed three possible reasons for his similarities to the God of Order and decided to investigate their shared history, while recognizing that his own orderization had already brought problems.
  • Lord Dar refused to escort Kallen and his companions to the altar, explaining that Rilielsa would sense him if he left Blazing Valley and that the group would have to wait.
  • Lord Dar showed Kallen an image of Rilielsa approaching the inner gate and revealed a new puppet whose face he shaped to resemble Kallen.
  • Sumil and Lango watched Rilielsa reach the Reincarnation Church's central island, where she restored the vanished Gate of Reincarnation by painting a false gate in its place.
  • At a meeting called by Romir, Cardinal Kreid blamed the Reincarnation Church for concealing Rilielsa's seal and said the Order God Church would station a joint expeditionary legion outside Reincarnation Valley.
  • The other churches accepted Order's arrangement, and Kreid warned that the Reincarnation Church might keep Rilielsa inside the gate for at least a day.

Ch. 376A god's hunting ground

High Priest Norton rejected plans to intervene in the Rilielsa crisis and warned that the Order God Church faced a greater danger from internal corruption than from gods. Meanwhile, Lord Dar explained the Gate of Reincarnation’s history to Kallen as Rilielsa emerged into Reincarnation Valley, where she seized and devoured the Amisido Falcon.

  • Kreid told Norton that the churches had refused to help the Reincarnation Church, but Norton declined to awaken a Divine War commander for the Rilielsa crisis.
  • Norton warned Kreid that three Inquisitors reselling pollution-cleansing materials could threaten the Order God Church more than a god could.
  • Lord Dar told Kallen that the Reincarnation Church inside the gate planned to supplant the church outside, and compared the returning Rilielsa to prey facing a hunter.
  • Rilielsa’s hand began to decay as she emerged through the Gate of Reincarnation, while Reincarnation clerics prepared to attack her with the Amisido Falcon’s blood.
  • The Amisido Falcon attacked Rilielsa, but she caught it, tore into it, and faced the clerics’ flames as fear spread through Reincarnation Valley.

Ch. 377A foolish war

Rilielsa escaped the Gate of Reincarnation and devastated the Reincarnation Church’s forces, while Amisido carried her curse into the Elder Council’s passage. Lord Dar saw a chance to leave the gate by asking Rilielsa to paint him a new body.

  • Romir and the Reincarnation Church’s elders tried to crush Rilielsa in the closing gate, but she sacrificed her lower body and rebuilt it from insects.
  • Rilielsa killed two temple elders and broke through the elders’ restraints, while her shriek destroyed clerics and pillars of light.
  • Rilielsa painted Amisido from the falcon’s blood and sent it into the black hole, where it reopened the passage and carried her curse inside.
  • High Priest Norton and the Order God Church’s leaders watched the battle and mocked the Reincarnation Church’s tactics.
  • Lord Dar told Kallen that Rilielsa might paint him a new body, allowing him to leave the gate and negotiate with her.

Ch. 378God's Weeping

Mr. Bede and Piaget questioned the Wall God’s faith and purpose as the Reincarnation Church sounded its ancient war horn and unleashed its reserves against Rilielsa. With Rilielsa nearly defeated, Linda appeared on her forehead and awakened a blood-red power that engulfed Reincarnation Valley.

  • Piaget confronted Mr. Bede about his doubts and learned that Linda had chosen her faith willingly, while Mr. Bede confessed his own uncertainty.
  • The Reincarnation Church sounded its marching horn, and Lord Dar transferred his soul into a prepared body as Kallen watched.
  • Romir summoned Reincarnation’s undead reserves, which attacked Rilielsa from every direction and gradually overwhelmed her.
  • High Priest Norton halted the Order God Church’s assault and proposed supporting the weakened Reincarnation Church, while hinting that the battle lacked a final high note.
  • As Rilielsa lay battered, Linda appeared on her forehead and called on the god to unleash its weeping, grief, and wrath.
  • Romir ordered everyone to retreat, but time seemed to slow as Rilielsa’s crimson eyes moved and blood-red spread across Reincarnation Valley.

Ch. 379Order, go to hell!

Rilielsa’s failed descent left her divinity dissipating, while Linda reunited briefly with Piaget before returning to slumber with the Wall God. Lord Dar rushed to negotiate with Rilielsa, but she charged through the Gate of Reincarnation and roared at him to die.

  • Rilielsa’s blood-red divine aspect filled the world, and Bede painted while Piaget embraced Linda.
  • Linda questioned Bede about Kallen and the Divine Descent Ritual, then left Piaget to return to slumber with the Wall God.
  • Bede told Piaget that Rilielsa’s descent had failed, and Piaget learned that Bede was painting a red wedding venue for his daughter.
  • Lord Dar explained that Rilielsa’s divinity was dissipating and could lead to her losing godhood or self-destructing, then teleported away to negotiate with her.
  • Rilielsa began retreating toward the Gate of Reincarnation as golden light spilled from her body, while Kreid and another figure hoped she would self-destruct.
  • Lord Dar approached Rilielsa inside the gate to propose cooperation, but she charged toward him and shouted, “Order, die!”

Ch. 380Yes, That's Right!

Kallen and his team escaped the Gate of Reincarnation with Lango’s group, then reported their mission and handed over a yellow memory bead for delivery to a bishop. Meanwhile, Rilielsa continued hunting Lord Dar, who tried to redirect her toward Kallen but was identified as living on Valley Street.

  • Kallen led his teammates through the frozen space’s teleportation formation and met Lango and the surviving Reincarnation Church trial participants inside the gate.
  • Lango summoned two Lost Giants to carry both groups through the Gate of Reincarnation and back outside, where Kallen’s team was received by the Order God Church delegation.
  • Kallen and Muli gave Geluowen their account of the mission and presented the yellow bead, which Kallen said had to be delivered personally to someone of bishop rank.
  • Rilielsa caught Lord Dar and mistook him for Kallen and the God of Order, while Lord Dar insisted he was Raniedal’s mental imprint and urged her to pursue Kallen.
  • Linda questioned Lord Dar about his home, and the fainter Linda concluded that Mr. Kallen lived on Valley Street.
