(The witness's account follows)
"On Monday afternoon, I asked my teacher for leave on short notice to visit a friend in the hospital.
But when I got there, a nurse said my friend was undergoing treatment and wouldn't be back in his room for a while.
So I waited in his room.
The high school entrance exam was coming up, so I took out my books and studied while I waited.
At first, nothing unusual happened.
About ten minutes later, the room went dark.
I thought at first that there had been a power outage, or that my friend's treatment was over, and instinctively looked up toward the doorway.
The door opened.
An empty hospital bed was gliding down the corridor.
I thought it was strange and was so focused on staring at the bed that I spotted a woman crawling out from underneath it.
At first I thought she was a cleaner, but she was wearing a long black dress from ancient times and clearly didn't look like a cleaner.
Then I thought she was a relative of my friend's, but I immediately knew that was wrong too.
Because when the woman raised her head, I saw that she had no face.
I finally realized that something eerie was happening.
The woman rose in the deathly silence and floated soundlessly over to me.
-Yes, I couldn't see her feet.
Long black hair kept growing from her head, trailing onto the floor, and soon reached five or six meters in length.
I was terrified, but my whole body was rigid, and I couldn't move at all.
She came up to me, and the long hair covering her body suddenly spread out, wrapping me inside it like a cocoon.
I heard an utterly terrified scream from the corridor.
Then I passed out.
So...
I've already missed the high school entrance exam the next day.

Rigorous testing and examination conducted in accordance with procedure confirmed that this was an innocent student who had inadvertently come into contact with that world. He remained feverish and weak.
Recommended action:
This was an uncontrollable incident. All that could be done was to comfort the victim.
Hopefully, he would survive.
