Nothing happened that night.
The next day.
Three in the afternoon.
Shen Ye stood outside the gates of Xirang High School, carrying bags of all sizes.
Zhang Xiaoyi and Guo Yunye came to meet him.
"Whoa, Brother Ye, why did you bring so much stuff?"
The two helped him carry his things.
"Local specialties from back home. My parents insisted I bring some. Oh, right, these are for you."
Shen Ye said.
He handed each of them a large bag of spicy braised beef.
"Homemade. It should taste pretty good."

"Thanks, Brother Ye!"
The three entered the school, chatting and laughing.
The dormitory arrangements were quite accommodating.

"What do you think of what this boy did?" the host asked.
The locally accented voice said, "Everyone online is talking about it now, praising the boy."
