The mirrors nested within one another, extending beyond sight.
"There must be a starting point..."
The Emperor Species mused.
"That's right, there is. Take your time finding it," Shen Ye replied.
Frost covered the ground, turning into a mirror beneath his feet.
The sky, too, formed a mirror of frost.
The entire world was full of mirrors.
How was he supposed to search?
"Shatter."
The Emperor Species uttered a single word, his expression icy.
In an instant.
All the mirrors shattered.
"You can't trap me!"
He shouted and charged forward.
The void was like a pane of glass. He smashed through it, revealing another world next to this one.
-Still a world inside a mirror!
Refusing to believe it, he smashed through the void again and reached another world.
Still a mirror world.
He kept smashing through, passing between worlds in rapid succession-
But everywhere he went was still a mirror world.
The Emperor Species stood still to rest.
The frosty air in the void condensed into a mirror, revealing another Shen Ye.
He clapped as he spoke:
"I heard moving between two worlds is extremely difficult. For you to do it so many
