The students were teleported to the Dharma Realm’s Central Province City for the party, where Shen Ye realized the Song Family had arranged the event and a screening had begun.

• Xiao Mengyu told Shen Ye that Song Qingyun had announced she would explain everything to him at the Welcome Party, and Shen Ye went to meet Xiao Mengyu in the cafeteria.
• Shen Ye discovered that the cafeteria treated him as an honored guest from the Huntian Gate and served him a lavish meal, which Xiao Mengyu shared.
• Xiao Mengyu showed Shen Ye information about Song Qingyun, explaining her prominence, the Song Family’s influence, and a prophecy connected to its Divine Artifact.
• Yang Yingzhen told the assembled students that they had to obtain invitations to attend the party on a Floating Island, then revealed that the event was in Central Province City, an Art belonging to the Jiangnan Song Family.
• Mages activated a Teleportation Array and sent the students away; afterward, Officer Wu asked Yang Yingzhen whether the screening had begun, and she confirmed it.

• Shen Ye’s trait warned him that a Tool Person was connected to the Human Race’s long history of survival and extinction, but he could not devour the trait.
• Yun Ni revealed that the wager might be interrupted and warned Shen Ye that he could be killed before it began; she left him a map showing a narrow underground route and advised him to act according to Song Qingyun’s wishes.

• Shen Ye's Moonlit Divine Sight awakened, revealing the evil god behind Song Qingyun and identifying her Trait as Star-Catcher.
• Shen Ye accused Song Qingyun of being involved in the events against him, while the Song family head admitted Song Yinchen had been responsible and Zhongli Fengluo drew Shen Ye's anger.

• Song Yinchen secretly teleported herself and Shen Ye to Red Tone Temple, where her powers and Shen Ye’s Dharma Eye could not function.
