The Seven-Tails finally panicked!
It began writhing, trying to escape by crawling away, only for Retsuo to grab it by the tail.
Too bad it didn't produce negative emotions, or this would have been a huge profit.
That said, its tail felt pretty good. It was golden from a distance, but up close, it was covered in a thin coat of Dark Chakra, making it look a little muddy.
Retsuo showed the Seven-Tails a demonic smile. "Promise me you won't run. If you try to escape with Little Black, I'll have no choice but to use force. Unless you can separate from Little Black, I promise I won't stop you from leaving."
The Seven-Tails stopped struggling. "You bastard! I'm a Tailed Beast, you understand? I'll blast you with a Tailed Beast Bomb!"
Retsuo laughed. "Come to think of it, shouldn't Tailed Beasts be wildly irritable? Starting fights at the slightest provocation. Why do I feel like you're kind of stupid?"
"You're the stupid one! I call this rationality. Rationality!"
Minato reached out as well, finally managing to pet the Tailed Beast this time. "It's probably because it's still in its juvenile stage and likes to talk more. Once it reaches adulthood, it'll definitely become extreme. Though I suppose it's hard to say. Takigakure's Jinchuriki isn't a perfect Jinchuriki, but the Seven-Tails is clearly easier to get along with than the other Tailed Beasts."
Oh, so in Minato's eyes, it's still a child?
Since I'm already here, then I might as well...
Minato seemed to know what Retsuo was thinking and suddenly grew serious. With a rare solemnity, he said, "Uchiha Retsuo, becoming a Jinchuriki is no small matter. It's not something you can decide on lightly. Have you considered the consequences? Don't rush to answer. Whether you have considered them
