After what had happened, the Uzumaki Clan members were utterly lost.

"Come with me first."

Liu Feng spoke to the Uzumaki Clan members, then took Kushina's hand and headed toward the Uchiha Clan Compound.

Kushina looked up at Liu Feng. She knew that he had saved them, and the other Uzumaki Clan members knew it as well, so they did not resist following him.

After taking a puff of smoke, Hiruzen Sarutobi spoke to Uzumaki Akira.

"I believe someone may be trying to sow discord. I hope the Uzumaki Clan Head can distinguish right from wrong."

As Hiruzen Sarutobi spoke, he glanced at Uchiha Cloud, his gaze carrying a hint of sharpness.

The current Hiruzen Sarutobi was not the old man he would become later. In his prime, he still possessed some of the bearing of a heroic shinobi.

That piercing gaze made even Uchiha Cloud's scalp tingle, but he was not afraid.

At most, Hiruzen Sarutobi could intimidate him with a look. Actually making a move was impossible. If Hiruzen Sarutobi truly attacked him, it would be tantamount to declaring war on the Uchiha.
