"Ice Age."
Aokiji froze Kaido's enormous dragon form solid. But even trapped in ice, Kaido kept struggling, and cracks soon spread across it.
The cracks appeared fast, but Aokiji repaired them just as quickly.
"We need to find a way to put Kaido out of action first. We can't take him back like this," Aokiji told Akainu and Kizaru.
Kaido was hard enough to deal with. Fortunately, the Beasts Pirates were relatively weak. If they grew stronger, Kaido and his crew would become a serious headache for the Marines.
Aokiji glanced at Kizaru. He shouldn't have let King and Queen escape. Neither of them was weak, and they might become far more dangerous in the future.
Both still had plenty of room to grow. Even if the Admirals dealt with Kaido, King and Queen would become notorious pirates in their own right.
But there was no point saying it now. It would only cause friction with Kizaru, so Aokiji kept quiet.
"Let's keep Kaido frozen and take him back to Marine Headquarters."
Akainu looked at the frozen Kaido and gave it some thought before speaking.
If Kaido tried to break free, Aokiji could freeze him again. It would just make the journey harder on him.
In the end, Aokiji had no choice but to agree. They left some Marines behind to clear the battlefield, while the Three Admirals personally escorted Kaido.
Elsewhere, King had returned to rescue Kaido. When he saw Kaido being taken away, his expression darkened, though his mask hid it.
"Looks like I'll have to find a way to rescue the governor."
King had no solution on his own, so he decided to discuss it with Queen.
He hadn't expected the Marines to capture Kaido so soon. If he tried to rescue him now, he would only
