"Looks like Stussy had completely taken Uchiha Liu Feng's side. That treacherous bitch." The Bearded Five Elder flew into a rage, wishing he could punch Stussy to death right now.
"Normal methods won't get us the Pluton blueprint. We can only resort to other means." The Flat Hat Five Elder sighed.
"We can't let Tom off the hook either. Perhaps he has another copy of the Pluton blueprint on him. Even if he doesn't, he should have memorized part of it."
They wanted the Pluton blueprint. They knew exactly whose hands it was in, yet they could not use force. As those in power, they had never felt so stifled before.
"If only the person who obtained the Pluton blueprint wasn't Uchiha Liu Feng."
If it had been any other Celestial Dragon, the Five Elders could easily have taken it from them. But against Uchiha Liu Feng, force was not an option.
Since hard methods would not work, they could only try soft ones. But the problem was that even if they wanted to do that, they had no idea how. They had interacted with Uchiha Liu Feng far too little.
They had only investigated him before and had not made much contact with him. They did not know particularly well what Uchiha Liu Feng liked, nor could they cater to his preferences.
"If we truly can't get it, then give it up. As long as the Pluton blueprint doesn't fall into the hands of pirates or the Revolutionary Army, everything can still be discussed." In the end, the Flat Hat Five Elder said this to the other Five Elders.
Uchiha Liu Feng was not an enemy either. In a sense, they stood on the same side. Their only enemies were pirates and the Revolutionary Army.
