"I can agree to that. Once Luffy is captured, he won't be imprisoned in Impel Down."
Impel Down had been damaged before, but it had now been mostly rebuilt. It was a place no criminal wanted to stay.
"Then where will he be imprisoned?"
Garp was in quite a good mood. Even if Warring States had not brought it up, Garp had planned to ask him for a favor. As long as it did not violate any principles, Warring States would still give him some leeway.
"I've already considered it. He'll be held at Marine Headquarters. When the time comes, educate him properly. If you succeed, I might even consider letting him join the Marines again."
With Warring States' promise, Garp's previously poor mood improved considerably.
"According to the intelligence we received, Luffy's group is at the Sabaody Archipelago. Let's get there quickly." Warring States ordered the warship to advance at full speed.
Meanwhile, at the Sabaody Archipelago, Liu Feng ran into Luffy's group. It was quite a coincidence—he had come to the Sabaody Archipelago out of boredom after growing tired of the Holy Land Mary Geoise, only to encounter Luffy.
"Yo, Luffy. Do you still remember me?"
Liu Feng asked Luffy.
"You are...? Oh, it's you."
When Luffy first saw Liu Feng, he had not remembered who Liu Feng was. But he soon recalled what had happened long ago.
"You're the one who told my grandpa and had him take me to Marine Headquarters?" Luffy looked at Liu Feng with resentment in his eyes.
"I had your grandpa bring you to Marine Headquarters, yet you still became a pirate. Tell me, should I capture you now?"
Bored out of his mind, Liu Feng did not mind chatting with Luffy for a while.
"Impossible! I'll never let you catch me."
