The Cao Ya from Global Martial Arts seemed the most concerned. "Don't get careless!" he cautioned. "The me from The Masters of This World is only at Outer Scenery Seventh Heaven, not yet at Dharmakaya, and I'm only sixth rank. Even with our powers stacked together, compared with those Kage Level experts in Naruto, all we can say is that each side has its strengths and weaknesses."
"With our powers shared, we're roughly equivalent to Kage Level in Naruto," the Cao Ya from The Masters of This World mused. "Against the stronger ones, we might still struggle! Someone like the Third at his peak, Uchiha Itachi, Obito Uchiha, or Jiraiya-we should still be a little weaker than them right now. Hmm, against Nagato, we'd definitely have to run."
"Mm." The Cao Ya from Naruto understood. He could now trade blows with Danzo, or even seize an opening to kill him, but he couldn't get cocky. Who knew when he might capsize in a gutter?
Late in Naruto, once Six Paths Level appeared, they could destroy planets!
That level of power wasn't weak, either.
Eight Cao Yas had appeared in the space so far. Apart from The Masters of This World and Global Martial Arts, which firmly surpassed his world, the world of Mysterious Revival was too unusual for its level to be easily assessed.
The remaining four worlds-Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, The Return of the Condor Heroes, The Smiling, Proud Wanderer, and Detective Conan-were all inferior to Naruto in terms of raw power.
"We all cultivate martial arts, following the system from The Masters of This World. What systems are you two planning to follow? The ninja system from Naruto, cultivating chakra, and the martial arts system from Global Martial Arts, cultivating qi-blood?"
The Cao Ya from The Smiling, Proud Wanderer posed the question to the two newcomers.
Before those two appeared, of the original six worlds, Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, The Return of the Condor Heroes, The Smiling, Proud Wanderer, and Detective Conan differed somewhat in combat power, but before the big shot from The Masters of This World... those differences were too tiny to count.
The world of Mysterious Revival was too unusual. Becoming a Ghost Controller carried too many hidden dangers, and they were too great. It wasn't a good choice.
So all six Cao Yas cultivated using the system from The Masters of This World.
Its upper limit was high enough anyway.
So high it shot right through the ceiling!
However, of the two newly arrived Cao Yas, one came from Naruto and the other from Global Martial Arts. Even the somewhat weaker Naruto allowed someone at its pinnacle to destroy planets.
It was possible they would choose their own worlds' cultivation systems.
The Cao Ya from Detective Conan pondered for a moment, then spoke slowly. "Why don't... you stick with your own worlds' supernatural systems?"
Seven Cao Yas turned to look at him in unison.
He smiled and spoke softly. "The powers of different systems can stack. If a system is too weak..."
The Cao Yas from Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, The Return of the Condor Heroes, and The Smiling, Proud Wanderer looked awkward.
"Then of course there's no need to cultivate it," the Cao Ya from Detective Conan said with a chuckle. "But whether it's Naruto or Global Martial Arts, although their upper limits fall short of The Masters of This World by a huge margin, they're still powerful enough for us as we are now!"
A keen light flashed in his eyes as he spoke.
"Even after we enter the Dharmakaya Realm, Naruto's chakra system and the system from Global Martial Arts will still be of great benefit."
"What do you think?"
He looked at the seven Cao Yas.
They exchanged glances and all nodded.
After all, for any cultivation system, as long as one Cao Ya broke through, the others would also be able to break through the next time they entered the System Space.
"Fang Ping has enrolled. Why not take him as your disciple?" the Cao Ya from The Smiling, Proud Wanderer asked curiously.
The Cao Ya from Global Martial Arts was a sixth-rank martial artist and a teacher at Magic City Martial Arts University. He belonged to the older generation, roughly the same generation as Lu Fengrou, Li Changsheng, and the others, rather than that of the protagonist Fang Ping or important supporting characters such as Wang Jinyang and Qin Fengqing.
By this point, Fang Ping had already gained admission to Magic City Martial Arts University and was a first-year student,
studying under Lu Fengrou. If Cao Ya wanted to, he could have competed with Lu Fengrou for him.
But Cao Ya had no intention of doing so.
There were too many memories, too jumbled together, so each of them had only chosen the important ones to watch.
Hearing the question, the Cao Ya from Global Martial Arts answered, "Fang Ping has too many secrets, too many people watching him, and he'll be far too good at stirring up trouble later. I only want to cultivate quietly and do my part for humanity."
He smiled slightly as he continued. "I felt a real sense of urgency before. With Fang Ping enrolling, the world situation will change dramatically over the next few years. But now that I have you... hmm, us... I'm confident I can contribute during the great changes ahead."
"Big shot, we'll have to count on you."
He looked at the Cao Ya from The Masters of This World and made a pleading gesture.
The Cao Ya from The Masters of This World felt helpless.
Everyone was relying on him?
Fuck, Meng Qi has entered Shaolin Temple. I feel a real sense of crisis too, all right?
"I hope two versions of me from super-powerful worlds show up next time."
The Cao Ya from The Masters of This World prayed sincerely.
Naruto.
Konoha.
Cao Ya climbed out of bed. Faint daylight shone outside the window. He watched for a while as the morning sun rose in the east, finally unable to hold back a smile.
Danzo, you undying old bastard. Just watch how I finish you off!
Cao Ya's resolve turned vicious. He had left the Ninja Academy early and joined Root, only to have the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal planted on him and become a dog in Danzo's hands, biting wherever he was told.
If he hadn't been quick-witted and somewhat familiar with the plot, he would probably have been long dead after all these years.
He had managed to survive until now, enter the System Space, meet seven versions of himself, and gain tremendous power...
"Danzo, during this Chunin Ninja Exams, it won't just be the Third kicking the bucket. You can die along with him!"
A cold light flashed in Cao Ya's eyes.
This happened to be the time of the Chunin Ninja Exams-the one Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara participated in.
In other words, the "Konoha Crush" launched by Orochimaru.
He had no intention of warning the Third.
That filthy politician was better off dead!
"Strongest Hokage in History... heh, the Third really has the nerve to boast!" Cao Ya sneered. The claim currently circulating in the village that the Third was the Strongest Hokage in History was simply the biggest joke under heaven.
It was debatable whether he could even beat the Fourth Hokage. Perhaps he could put up a fight against the Second Hokage, too.
But how the hell was he supposed to fight the First?
Besides, Cao Ya couldn't even be bothered to bring up the things the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, had done.
The White Fang of the Leaf's suicide-claiming the Third and Danzo hadn't had a hand in it... heh, who were they trying to fool, children?
The Sannin had either defected or left. Disappointment might have played a part, too.
Never mind Orochimaru-even Jiraiya and Tsunade didn't want to stay in the village. Didn't that say something?
Jiraiya and Tsunade's love for Konoha came from their very bones, from the bottom of their hearts.
Moreover, Naruto, the orphaned son of a hero, had actually been ostracized by the entire village. From childhood onward, he had received almost nothing but disdainful looks, while the Third appeared every time as a kindly old man. The trickery behind that... was the Third trying to tame Naruto?
All that talk about hiding Naruto's identity was simply laughable.
Everyone in Konoha knew Naruto was the incarnation of the demon fox. Under those circumstances, what was the point of talking about hiding his identity as a Jinchūriki?
Were the other villages' spies idiots?
Even if the spies had lost their intelligence, surely the Tsuchikage, the Raikage, and people like them knew about the Nine-Tails?
The incarnation of the demon fox-anyone who wasn't an idiot and knew about the Tailed Beasts could connect that to the Nine-Tails.
