Everyone nodded. Along the way, they saw several traps that had already been triggered. Zheng Long took a deep breath, growing somewhat anxious. "Someone really got in before us. What's going on? Could there really be another entrance?"
Just as he finished speaking, someone behind them shouted, "My eyes! I can't see!"
"Me too!"
Another person cried out.
His voice was filled with terror.
Then several more people said the same thing.
Andar felt his vision blur. He rubbed his eyes hard, and when he opened them again, everything ahead was pitch-black. He immediately realized what was happening and shouted, "Boss, I can't see either!"
The moment Bruce heard that, he reacted at once. "Don't rub your eyes! Put up the hoods of your tomb-raiding suits!"
The others were startled and hurriedly put them on.
There were nine people in total with eye problems, including Andar, Bruce's top subordinate.
"Medic, come over and take a look. What's going on?"
Bruce was anxious. They had only just entered, yet nearly ten people had already run into trouble. One of them was Andar, his most capable man.
A medic walked over and had Andar open his eyes. He used a tool to perform a simple examination and quickly reached a conclusion. "It's a bacterial infection. If I'm not mistaken, it's a type of bacteria attached to the pupils. We've encountered it before, but I don't have any particularly effective medicine with me. I only have an inhibitor that can keep your eyeballs from being damaged, but it must be treated within twelve hours. Otherwise, you may really go blind."
"Gasp—"
Andar sucked in a sharp breath.
"Twelve hours is more than enough."
Bruce said.
"You guys won't be coming with us. Go back to where we were before and sit down to
