After Uchiha Lei came clean about his situation~
Karura no longer resisted contact with Uchiha Lei as she had before. She naturally linked her fair arm through Lei's, planning inwardly:

Uchiha Lei wrapped his left arm around Karura's slender waist. His right hand blurred through hand seals, and he left the camp tent with the Body Flicker Technique.
Aburame Ryoma, who had long been waiting at the entrance, saw that his master was indeed leaving again. He formed hand seals with both hands and used the Body Flicker Technique to follow them, asking loudly:
