In Year 60 of Konoha, Xia Yan reflected on his plans to unite the Shinobi World against the Ōtsutsuki and prepared for Minato Namikaze’s return. He appointed Minato as Anbu Director, assigned Kakashi to lead Naruto’s team, and learned that Nagato was preparing to capture the tailed beasts.
