Six students from Phoenix City Second High School had formed a team for the Central Plains Dragon-Tiger Ranking Tournament and brought the championship home to their school!
This was a first since Second High School's founding!

Almost every person of standing in Phoenix City had come.
Those who had not come, or had not been invited, simply lacked the standing to attend!
Today was also Phoenix City Second High School's graduation ceremony for the year!
Stirring music drifted back and forth above Second High School; a huge portrait of He Yuanyue stood high in front of the school's teaching building.
