Outside the Examination Building.
Although some students had left, not all of them had chosen to leave.
For those students who had already registered, there was actually no turning back. They had to find a way through this troublesome wall of forest, and even now, they had not given up.
"How on earth did he do it? How did he turn this forest into part of his body?
"Even with the Heterogeneous Grafting Technique, this is far too large, and there wouldn't have been enough time..."
The students discussed it, each chiming in, and had already worked out why their credits had been deducted.
"I've checked above. The branches are even denser than they are at ground level, and they can move, too. They've completely wrapped up the entire building."
A student wearing specially made glasses and operating a drone spoke. He flew the drone in a circuit overhead.
"What about underground? Try tunneling through."
"Tunneling? But that costs credits too. It violates article five of the Student Code of Conduct."
"Damn it, did that bastard even think of this?"
"It won't work. This forest's roots are very dense. If we damage them, we'll definitely lose credits, or even get suspended."
One student took out an underground scanner, displaying the forest's root system. It was an intricate web, reaching as deep as fifty meters and tightly entwined with the Examination Building's foundations, completely ruling out any possibility of entering from underground.
"What about burning it?
"They put the fire out just now, but we've already confirmed that these woods catch fire easily.
"So could we burn all the trees down? Whoever starts the fire might have to take one for the team and wait until the next exam, though," one student suggested in a sudden flash of inspiration.
"That won't
