Yet Deva Path's sudden burst of Super Shinra Tensei had razed Konoha, destroying even the safety facilities housing large numbers of civilians.

Tsunade seemed to see blood flowing out of the collapsed safety facilities, the wails of countless people echoing in her ears.

Tsunade resolved to kill Deva Path, then find Nagato, who was hiding elsewhere, and kill him too!
Jiraiya was even more remorseful. He should have knocked the enemy out of the sky before Nagato struck.

Konan hurried over, looking at Nagato with concern.
"I'm fine. I burned through chakra and stamina a little too quickly. I'll be fine once I've recovered!"
