Sasuke Uchiha had yet to look away from Jiraiya, who had been completely engulfed by Amaterasu's black flames, when a familiar humming sounded behind him.
Boom!
An immense force suddenly struck from behind, crashing violently into Susanoo's massive body.
Energy poured out in a wild collision. After a brief deadlock, distinct cracks began appearing across Susanoo.
The entire Susanoo nearly lost its balance and toppled over.
At the crucial moment, Sasuke steadied the wavering Susanoo. Vast amounts of ocular power surged out without any regard for the cost, repairing the cracks in Susanoo faster than the naked eye could follow.

Jiraiya flipped through the air and landed on the head of Gamabunta, who had come to support him.
"What a tough shell. Even the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan couldn't break through his defenses!" Gamabunta puffed out smoke and stared at Susanoo ahead.
"No, it actually did break through. The enemy just repaired it too quickly," Jiraiya insisted, unwilling to concede.
He was, in fact, right. That last attack had only been a probe. If he truly went all out, breaking through Susanoo's defenses would not be a problem.
"I've seen these inextinguishable black flames before. I've even sealed them myself." Jiraiya glanced at the wood burning under Amaterasu on the ground nearby and immediately recognized the dōjutsu.
"The same dōjutsu as his older brother's. I believe it's called Amaterasu."
"With Susanoo on top of that, he's no easy opponent. But Naruto isn't far behind, either."
Jiraiya had heard Sasuke Uchiha's name from Naruto Uzumaki more than once, so he naturally understood the awkward relationship between the two.
Sasuke was Naruto's destined rival and closest friend, so Jiraiya had no intention of dealing with him for Naruto.
His most important task now was not to fight Sasuke Uchiha
