Tobirama Senju watched the activity on the distant Training Ground. Although the Allied Shinobi Forces were in some disarray, things had not yet reached the point of causing any major trouble.
After all, the ninja all knew who their enemy was now.

Seeing his elder brother's anxious expression, Tobirama Senju shook his head. "Don't worry. They must be working as fast as they can to draw up battle plans."
"They're only starting to draw up battle plans now? Isn't that a little late?"
"Brother, this war is different from the previous wars in the Shinobi World."
