Shinkō was no longer acting proud. He knew more people would die if he stayed, so he jumped straight onto Fire Fly's back.
Seeing more and more Kirigakure ninja arriving, Natsuhi asked one last time:
"Are you sure you're not leaving?"
"Yes!"
Natsuhi made a swift decision, taking Hyūga Shinkō up into the sky and flying toward Konoha.
"Hyūga Shinkō got away!"
"It's Hoshigakure's Mysterious Peacock Method! After them!"
"He won't escape!"
A Tailed Beast Bomb suddenly flew toward Fire Fly. Faced with this unknown attack, Fire Fly dared not be careless. He forced himself to stop in midair and watched the Tailed Beast Bomb fly past his eyes.

Another mushroom cloud rose in the distance, leaving the three from Hoshigakure horrified. They no longer had any thoughts of challenging the Five Great Nations. Entering a war like this would mean death.

Although they were in the air, the Kirigakure ninja and Kumogakure's Two-Tails jinchūriki kept pursuing them.
Sensing the chakra remaining in his body, Fire Fly gave a self-mocking smile. They couldn't fly all the way to Konoha like this. They would probably run out of chakra halfway there.
