Chi Yu called out, "Coming!"
He wiped his face, stood up, and strode to the wardrobe. He quickly stripped off his Dharma Robe and changed into a fresh T-shirt and shorts, exposing his smooth, snow-white limbs.
Xiaoqiu stared, dumbfounded. "What sort of clothes are those?"
Chi Yu took another set of clothes out of the wardrobe and tossed it onto the bed. "Xiaoqiu, hurry up and change."
He found a pair of scissors, gathered up his glossy black hair, and cut it off without batting an eye, then quickly trimmed it into a lightly parted, textured fringe.
Xiaoqiu murmured, "Our bodies, hair, and skin were given to us by our parents..."
Not only did Chi Yu cut his own hair, but he also held Xiaoqiu down. "Let me cut yours."
Xiaoqiu: "..."
He said nothing, quietly letting Chi Yu cut off his long hair.
Then Chi Yu remembered his eyes. They had turned gold, and he could not hide that. Wearing colored contacts would be uncomfortable, too, so he did not intend to conceal them.
"Xiaoyu, why aren't you out yet? Are you taking a dump?" Grandma came to knock for the third time.
"Coming, Grandma," Chi Yu called.
He pulled Xiaoqiu out through the door. Grandma jumped, then looked at Xiaoqiu. "Is this your classmate?"
"Yeah, Grandma. He came over to sleep with me last night."
"Oh... Hello, I'm Xiaoyu's grandma-" Her voice suddenly caught. "Xiaoyu, what happened to your eyes?"
Chi Yu said calmly, "Well, Grandma, my genes suddenly mutated."
Grandma was speechless. "..."
Xiaoqiu greeted her politely. "Hello, Grandma. My name is Xie Tinghan. You can call me Xiao Han."
Grandma came back to herself, glanced at his golden eyes, and said kindly, "All right, Xiao Han. Come have breakfast with us."
