"Congratulations, host, on drawing the God-Level prize, Thousand-Illusion Iron!"
Within the Academy.
Chu Kuangren got up early that morning and drew a prize.
"Thousand-Illusion Iron. Sounds like some sort of forging material."
Chu Kuangren opened its description in the Inventory.
"Thousand-Illusion Iron, capable of countless transformations. If forged into a weapon, it can assume myriad forms, with boundless mysteries. Not only that, it can absorb the spiritual qi of heaven and earth or be tempered by cultivators to continually improve its toughness..."
Chu Kuangren's eyes lit up at the description, and he instinctively pressed a hand against Kunwu at his waist.

Chu Kuangren's mastery of artifact refining had long since reached an extremely profound level. Calling him an artifact immortal would not have been an exaggeration at all.
With the Omniscient Spirit's assistance, the refining process went relatively smoothly, without any major problems.
However, halfway through the process, Chu Kuangren suddenly remembered the ancient talisman Gu Wuqing had shown him a few days earlier.

He had been studying it all these days as well.
"Why don't I add some runes
