Seeing Kazuko agree, Kujou Oto turned to Seele.

Seele looked at Kanou, then at Kujou Oto, and ultimately nodded in agreement. As she left, though, Seele gave Kanou inside the barrier, as well as the barrier before her, a thoughtful look.

After leaving Kanou's barrier, the voice of Seele's other personality sounded by her ear.
"Mm, she's very strong... She's definitely more than just a Nekomata, and her nose and eyes are incredibly sharp. She has some kind of special power." Thinking back on her earlier interaction with Kanou, Seele felt that this cat demon truly was anything but ordinary.
Yet she had been sealed here for so long, and she had even formed a bond with Kujou Oto.
The more she thought about it... the more Kujou Oto seemed like the protagonist.

According to Kanou herself, she had been sealed because she had slaughtered too many gods. No matter how one looked at it, she was hardly one of the good kind.
Her true nature was far more complicated than what she had shown today.
