Seele looked at the Master-Disciple System and found that although she had accepted Iki Hiyori as her disciple, the system still showed only Asou Yuna. It had not acknowledged Iki Hiyori at all.
This dashed Seele's hopes.
Having Iki Hiyori take her as a master was Seele's way of testing how many disciples she could accept. The rewards for taking disciples were not low. If the system acknowledged them all, Seele could take several disciples at once and train them together.
That way, the rewards would multiply several times over at once.
Unfortunately, that idea had fallen through. She did not know whether she could only accept one disciple at a time, or whether the system only recognized Asou Yuna.
Since the Master-Disciple System did not acknowledge her, Seele immediately lost interest in looking for more disciples.
As for Iki Hiyori, Seele would still teach her. But without the motivation, she probably would not be as serious as she had been when teaching Asou Yuna.
That very day, Seele taught Iki Hiyori how to cultivate spiritual power, then had her practice on her own. As a gift for becoming her disciple... seeing that Iki Hiyori liked boxing, Seele gave her a three-star gauntlet weapon produced in the Honkai world.
Another day or two passed, and soon it was Friday. Schools in this country did not hold make-up classes, so weekends were always holidays.
If one had loftier goals, such as getting into Tokyo University, then for most people, school knowledge alone was not enough. They also had to attend extracurricular cram schools. That was up to the students themselves.
However, unlike other countries, the Far Eastern Land had a lifetime employment system. In other words, the first company young students joined after
