Soon after, Rita brought Shiina Mashiro to her teacher's office.
After knocking on the door and waiting for someone inside to call, "Come in," Rita pushed it open and led Mashiro inside.
A teachers' office always looked the same. Rita swept her gaze across it and saw, aside from a woman in her thirties, two old men who looked to be in their fifties.
She politely smiled and nodded at the older teachers who had turned to look their way, then led Mashiro over to the woman. This was Shiina Mashiro's homeroom teacher.
"Hello, Teacher Ishishita. This is Shiina Mashiro, who will be transferring into the arts department of Suimei Arts High School today. I believe the principal and the others informed you in advance."
Rita gave a slight bow as she spoke with a smile, appearing exceptionally well-mannered and polite. Mashiro followed her example and gave her future homeroom teacher a small bow as well.
Teacher Ishishita was a stern-looking woman in her thirties. At a glance, she seemed like the sort of person who was usually very strict.
