Rita did not hide it. There was nothing worth hiding, so she said it openly.
"Miss Rita is transferring here too? Then... we'll be classmates from now on!" Rita's words left Aoyama Nanami slightly surprised.

Suimei Arts High School was divided into two departments. One provided academic education like any other high school, while the other, true to its name, focused mainly on the arts. Of course, even with an emphasis on art, the necessary education could not be neglected.
Like Shiina Mashiro, Rita was also planning to join the arts department. Although Rita's paintings in this world could not compare to Shiina Mashiro's, and Shiina Mashiro had even discouraged her so badly that she lost the courage to keep painting, that was only because she had been compared to Shiina Mashiro.
In truth, Rita Ainsworth was also a genius in the art world. Some of her paintings had received recognition from the international art community. Her work could also be found in quite a few world-class exhibitions, though it was not as famous as Shiina Mashiro's.
Furthermore, like Shiina Mashiro, Rita Ainsworth had been painting since childhood and had grown up in an art studio. Going into the arts department was therefore only natural.
Nanami was different from Shiina Mashiro and Rita. She attended the affiliated high school's general department. If... the school's achievements in the arts could be considered decent, then its general department really was not much to speak of.
But as Aoyama Nanami had said before, it was cheap here. And even so... Aoyama Nanami's grades at school were excellent. She was an executive member of the student council, never late or absent, and maintained the image of an exemplary student.
