After swallowing the food in her mouth, Rita handed the opening chapters of Yosuga no Sora to Iida Ayano. In truth, whether it was Oreimo or Yosuga no Sora, their art styles differed somewhat from the originals.
Logically speaking... the art styles of these two works should have been completely different, yet both had now become Shiina Mashiro's style. Every panel in a manga drawn by Shiro had been meticulously rendered to perfection.
They were on the level of animated films; every page could serve as an exquisite illustration.
If the original works had standard-definition visuals, then the ones from Shiina Mashiro's hands were top-of-the-line high definition. Even without reading the story, simply looking at the characters and scenery was a pleasure.
"Another little-sister-obsessed story? Running two works with the same theme at the same time will have a major impact." After reading the setting, Iida Ayano could not help offering another serious reminder.
It would be one thing if the same theme came from different people, but these two works were both by the same person and shared the same subject matter... That would affect readers' interest.
"Read it first before you say anything..."
Rita did not explain further.
"Fine!"
As she continued reading, Iida Ayano quickly realized that although this work and Oreimo were both little-sister-obsessed stories, their styles were indeed completely different.
Oreimo took place in Chiba Prefecture, located in the southeastern Kanto Plain. It was an important part of the Tokyo metropolitan area, one of Japan's three major metropolitan regions, with a strong economy. Many scenes depicted bustling urban districts.
Yosuga no Sora, on the other hand, took place in Okukuzure, a pastoral town built against the mountains.
It was quite remote. Aside from agriculture, there were no other industries, making it an exceptionally quiet place.
