Aside from the small number of Valkyries who did not care about Theresa's identity, most Valkyries actually viewed her with strange looks.
But Himeko knew Sirin would not. On the contrary, she would sympathize with Theresa even more.
After Sirin learned about Theresa's identity, she indeed had no intention of continuing the fight. As the sole survivor among a batch of clones, and one created through Schicksal's experiments, Sirin could no longer bring herself to strike.
"Just... a creation of an experiment..."
As she looked at Theresa before her, the spear in Sirin's hand vanished.
Theresa, on the other hand, was somewhat bewildered as Sirin suddenly looked at her with sympathy.
Theresa had sympathized with Sirin before, only to be captured and controlled by her afterward... yet she had not held the slightest grudge. She had even wanted to make it up to Sirin.
But why was Sirin sympathizing with her instead now?
Chapter 49: Himeko: Call Me Mom
"Sirin..."
Seeing that Sirin no longer had any desire to attack, Himeko let out a sigh of relief. This would make the next steps much easier.
"Hmm?"
Sirin turned to look at Himeko.
"Do you miss your friends?"
"Friends... Bella, Avrora..."
Hearing Himeko's words, images of her friends surfaced in Sirin's mind. How could she not miss them...? She looked up at Himeko, unsure why Himeko had suddenly brought this up.
"Let's talk alone first!"
Seeing Sirin's expression, Himeko became even more certain of her decision.
"Okay..."
When Sirin saw Himeko glance at Theresa, she roughly understood... Himeko had some things she could not say in Theresa's presence.
So Sirin waved a hand, transferring herself and Himeko into another layer of Imaginary Space. As mentioned before... there was only one real space, but countless Imaginary Spaces existed attached to it.
