Rita's Essence of the Demon Imperial Arms was now different from other Imperial Arms, and even different from the original Essence of the Demon. Having fused with her Stigmata genes, it had become a mutated Imperial Arms.
Therefore, using it did not drain Rita that much. Even if the consumption had been that great... a Valkyrie's body would still have allowed Rita to wield two Imperial Arms.
