In this world, Mei no longer had Kiana at her side, so the Herrscher of Lightning no longer needed to hold anything back. She did not even give the Mei before her a chance to speak before transforming into a streak of lightning and appearing in front of her.
The moment the Herrscher of Lightning appeared, the katana in her hand was already drawn.
In an instant, lightning filled the sky as countless blade shadows slashed toward Mei! She showed no mercy whatsoever, despite her opponent being herself from several years ago.
But Mei was equally unwilling to yield, transforming into lightning herself as she counterattacked the intruder.
Both were Herrschers of Lightning. The only real difference was that... Mei with the Oni Horn had swords in her hands—two of them!
As the Herrscher of Lightning drew her blade, the arm resembling Jizo Mitama at her side also pulled out a massive katana and slashed at Mei.

The blade shadows and thunderbolts filling the sky made the place where they fought seem like the site of an enormous natural disaster. Many Falling Lightnings struck the ground and rooftops, directly causing fires.
The Herrscher of Lightning with the Oni Horn had swords in her hands, temporarily suppressing the other Mei, but she still could not defeat her. After all, both of them were in their initial state.

The Herrscher of Lightning left the battlefield and appeared higher in the sky. She raised the katana in her hand... and summoned a red flying dragon. Then, riding that red dragon, the Herrscher of Lightning charged straight into the battlefield!
