Chapter Summaries

The group settled into tents at Yae Village and gathered for a barbecue. Witch of the Fallen remained transformed into Yae Sakura until the next day so Hiyamaru would not disappear.

• Hokushin Mei praised the Hidden Flow Upper Ninja as a worthy opponent, then sensed that stronger enemies awaited her at Yae Village.

Kallen, Yae Rin, Yae Sakura, Hokushin Mei, and Hiyoumaru gathered in Nocturne’s cool room to share enormous rice balls. After finishing one, Nocturne took another while Yae Rin and Hokushin Mei were still eating their first.

• Kallen said she would sleep in Nocturne’s room, and Yae Rin asked to join her; Nocturne agreed.
• Yae Sakura and Hokushin Mei arrived with a platter of rice balls and settled into Nocturne’s cool room.

Yequ decided that Hokushin Mei had learned all she could from her and graduated her after she mastered her Honkai energy, Stigmata, and weapon. Mei accepted that graduation did not end their master-disciple relationship, and Yequ continued her meal after her teaching mission was completed.

• Yequ asked Hokushin Mei whether she could control the Honkai energy in her body, and Mei said she could control it all.
• Yequ asked about Mei's Stigmata and weapon, and Mei said she had mastered their powers too.
