Ch. 81Qian Renxue's fury: killing with a borrowed blade

Tang Mo uncovered Prince Xue Xing’s role in Ge Yi’s scheme and sent Qian Renxue a plan to use the prince as a scapegoat. As Qian Renxue set the plan in motion, Prince Xue Xing remained unaware and met with Xue Beng, who secretly feared Xue Qinghe had been replaced.

  • Tang Mo deduced that Prince Xue Xing backed Ge Yi and had sought to turn Tang Mo against the Heaven Dou Empire while sowing distrust between Xue Qinghe and Ge Long.
  • Tang Mo sent Qian Renxue a letter proposing that Xue Ye’s other children be poisoned and Prince Xue Xing framed for the deaths.
  • Qian Renxue ordered She Long to carry out the plan, and She Long began contacting the Temple Knights of Qian Daoliu’s Faction.
  • Prince Xue Xing visited Xue Beng and questioned whether he still intended to contend with Xue Qinghe for the throne.
  • Xue Beng told Prince Xue Xing that he had to fight in secret, while privately fearing that Xue Qinghe had been replaced, and the two sat together in silence.

Ch. 82House Arrest, Porcupinefish Douluo Enters Heaven Dou City

After the princes’ murders, Xue Ye placed Xue Beng under house arrest and stripped Xue Xing of his title before ordering his house arrest. In Heaven Dou City, Ci Xue killed the Pufferfish Soul Douluo, disguised himself as him, and had Qian Daoliu’s Temple Knights erase the evidence.

  • The Pufferfish Soul Douluo arrested Prince Xue Xing and escorted him to the Heavenly Prison after the deaths of three princes.
  • Xue Beng realized the murders could make Xue Ye suspect that he and Xue Xing had conspired, so he rode to the palace to plead his case.
  • Xue Ye ordered Xue Beng placed under house arrest and stripped Xue Xing of his princely title, stipend, and freedom.
  • Ci Xue intercepted the Pufferfish Soul Douluo in Heaven Dou City and revealed himself as a Titled Douluo with a Blood-Piercing Pufferfish martial soul.

Ch. 83Destroying the Sea Dragon Sect: A Trial Run for the Plan to Kill Tang Hao

Tang Mo tested his disposable magical artifacts on Yue Guan and Gui Mei, confirming that a bronze Soul-Shaking Bell could affect a Titled Douluo’s soul. He set out with the two Titled Douluos to destroy the Sea Dragon Sect as a trial for his plan to kill Tang Hao, while Gu Rong secretly followed them.

  • Tang Mo told Yue Guan that he planned to destroy the Sea Dragon Sect as a signal to the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, then gave him a bronze bell to test.
  • Yue Guan rang the Soul-Shaking Bell, briefly affecting Gui Mei before the bell shattered, and learned that Tang Mo could craft more of the single-use artifacts.
  • Tang Mo showed Yue Guan Soul-Shaking Bells, Coin Swords, and Immortal-Binding Ropes, explaining that he intended to use them against Tang Hao after testing them on the Sea Dragon Sect.
  • The next morning, Tang Mo, Yue Guan, and Gui Mei left for the Sea Dragon Sect’s base, and Gu Rong secretly followed them using his spatial power.

Ch. 84Gu Rong: Good Stuff. I'll Take It All-Charge Ning Fengzhi's Card

Tang Mo used several strange items to reveal his presence to Gu Rong and demonstrate that they could hinder even a Titled Douluo. Gu Rong was impressed by their potential and decided to buy them all using Ning Fengzhi's Unlimited Gold Card.

  • Tang Mo called out Gu Rong, then gave Yue Guan a Soul-Shaking Bell, a Coin Sword, and an Immortal-Binding Rope to use against him.
  • Yue Guan's Soul-Shaking Bell knocked Gu Rong out of his spatial interlayer, and Yue Guan struck him with Sword Qi before binding his Bone Dragon form with the rope.
  • After the rope turned to ash and freed him, Gu Rong asked what the items were and suspected Tang Mo had made them.
  • Tang Mo explained that the items' effects depended on the user's strength, and Gu Rong decided to take them all and charge Ning Fengzhi's Unlimited Gold Card.

Ch. 85The Grand Finale

Tang Mo traded Magical Artifacts to Gu Rong for bones, assembled a Soul Banner, and accidentally made Gui Mei its primary soul. At Jialing Pass, Tang Mo used a Dan Shi to destroy Sea God Tang San’s divine body and then killed his divine soul with the Asura God Sword.

  • Tang Mo refused Gold Soul Coins and traded three sets of Magical Artifacts to Gu Rong for several bones.
  • Tang Mo assembled the Black Little Banner and explained that he hoped to use a refined banner to create Artificial Soul Rings.
  • Gui Mei touched the Soul Banner and was pulled inside, becoming its primary soul before Tang Mo released him.
  • Tang Mo pierced Tang San’s dantian with the Dan Shi, whose poison destroyed Tang San’s divine body.
  • When Tang San’s divine soul was pulled toward the Divine Realm, Tang Mo used the Asura God Sword to shred it completely.
