The fleet that blotted out the sky had not accomplished nothing.
They had successfully destroyed one High-Dimensional Demon fleet, and their own fleet still retained a trace of fighting strength.
All kinds of beings stood on the decks, raising their arms high as they celebrated their hard-won victory.
But their good fortune did not last.
The fleet they had destroyed belonged to a group of High-Dimensional Demons known as the Breakers.

A second Breaker fleet passed through a faster-than-light tunnel and directly jumped into this star system!
The Federal Fleet group, which no longer possessed any meaningful combat strength, was wiped out completely!

After all, every civilization in the universe capable of communication could be considered a neighbor.

This incomparably enormous fleet was destroyed in an instant. Warships that had once earned illustrious merit fell one after another, and before becoming space junk, their only remaining purpose was to set off a dazzling display of fireworks in the universe.
The supreme commander who commanded the entire Federal Fleet group knelt on the ground with despair written across his face, accepting the fact that they had been defeated.
Before him stood an entirely azure High-Dimensional Demon.

A warship gleaming with pure white light appeared in this star system.
"Food... I smell the scent of food..."
"More food has appeared... hunt!"
The Breakers laughed wantonly, openly radiating their desire for destruction and predation.
"Another warship has arrived? Sigh... so many fleets were crushed. What use is one warship?"
"Are those reinforcements? Why is it alone? Does it think it can defeat these High-Dimensional Demons with a single warship?"
"Foolish! The correct course of action now is to gather all remaining forces together. Only then can we resist the invasion of these High-Dimensional Demons!"
To these civilizations, the actions of this warship were simply far too foolish!
So many fleets had been utterly annihilated. Did it think it could turn the tide all by itself?
That said, everyone's attention was still drawn to this warship.
Its appearance was somewhat unusual. Rather than the conventional structure of a battleship, it was a regular hexahedron that emitted pure white light.
This regular hexahedron was massive enough to rival some of the larger planets. Its entire body seemed to be forged from a certain metal. Each face had two perpendicular intersecting seams, while a black cylinder was embedded at the center.
It looked like a super warship formed from eight smaller hexahedrons.
The warship silently traveled through the universe, moving so quickly that even the attacks of those High-Dimensional Demon fleets could not lock onto its form.
"What exactly is it doing?"
"Yeah! If it came here, it should at least try to fight back, right? It is not attacking, only running... I don't get it."
Everyone was confused and puzzled by the behavior of this regular hexahedron. No one could understand what it was trying to do.
However, some more perceptive people quickly noticed that this strangely shaped cosmic warship seemed to possess superior performance even compared to the warships of the Breaker fleet.
Otherwise, it could not have withstood attacks from so many warships while continuing forward with such ease.
Its destination appeared to be the star at the center of this system.
Yet this would not be easy. More Breaker fleets poured into the system. From the scale of the entire star system, it looked like countless ants besieging prey fleeing in every direction.
Even though this strange warship's speed and performance surpassed those of the High-Dimensional Demons' warships, the encirclement was constantly tightening. It seemed that before long, the warship would be besieged.
"At least I can see a bit of hope. I originally thought no civilization in this universe possessed technology capable of rivaling the High-Dimensional Demons, but now it seems there is still some hope."
"But this approach is simply too foolish! If our civilization possessed a warship with such outstanding performance, why would we not act alongside the main force instead of making such a pointless move?"
"Exactly!"
These words drew agreement from some. They could not understand who was commanding or controlling this warship. It had clearly shown them a glimmer of hope, yet it was making such an incomprehensible and foolish move.
Then, everyone watched as the warship traveled above the only star in this system.
"It... what is it going to do?"
"It has probably given up resisting. Look, so many High-Dimensional Demon warships have completely surrounded it. There is nowhere left for it to hide!"
