A deafening crash suddenly rang out, and a huge hole was smashed through the round table in the center of the office.
Fourth Raikage A was panting like an enraged bull, his furious eyes fixed on Dodai, who knelt on the floor.
"What did you say?!"
"Konoha wants Kumogakure to cede half its territory? And pay ten billion ryō in war reparations?!"
"That bastard Uchiha Gengetsu! Why doesn't he just rob us?!"
Fourth Raikage A roared hysterically, his tremendous voice making the glass in the surrounding windows shake.
The Raikage could hardly help being angry. Konoha's demands were simply outrageous.
He was Kumogakure's Fourth Raikage. In all his years of sweeping across the shinobi world, when had he ever suffered such humiliation?
Now, not only had his borders been smashed through and even his tailed beast Jinchūriki captured alive, but he was actually being forced to cede territory and pay reparations!
This was worse than killing him.
"Lord Raikage, please calm down..."
Faced with the raging Raikage, Dodai broke out in a constant cold sweat and hurriedly tried to reason with him.
"Calm down? How do you expect me to calm down?!"
"Pass on my orders! Assemble every ninja in Kumogakure immediately! I'll lead them myself and fight those bastards in Konoha to the death! If it comes to mutual destruction, so be it! Nobody's getting out of this unscathed!"
Fourth Raikage A shouted in a furious roar.
The enraged Raikage had only one thought now: to take all of Kumogakure's fighting forces and bring Konoha down with them.
However, the instant he issued his orders, the other Kumogakure leaders in the office blanched and hurriedly shouted.
"Lord Raikage, you absolutely mustn't!"
