Chapter 90: Attracting tenants
Dunhuang Mall was divided into human resources, finance, customer service, technical services, cleaning, and security departments. Human resources hired four people, finance eight, planning six, customer service twelve, technical services ten, cleaning eight, and security eight, along with four floor managers, for a total workforce of sixty.
