Understanding dawned deep within Luo Fan, and he seemed to know instinctively what his second skill was.
As expected of a skill infused with rules, it was a godlike skill through and through.
After carefully examining the details of his second skill, Luo Fan smiled.
The Demon Hunter's second skill was called Tricolor Contract.
Unfortunately, this skill was not really for his own use. It was a pet skill.
First, he had to bind a pet, which could be either a Fierce Beast or a Weird. Once bound, it would become his Battle Pet and could assist him in battle.
That was the contract part, while the three colors were where the skill's true effects lay.
Once he had bound a pet, he could activate one of three contract effects-blue, red, or gold-and switch between them at will.
Under the blue contract, every hit his pet landed on a target would reduce that target's movement speed by 1%, up to a maximum of 30%.
In other words, if he chose the blue contract, as long as his pet hit the opponent thirty times, it would reduce their movement speed by 30%, regardless of how much damage it dealt.
This was a crowd-control effect, a soft control.
Next was the red contract. In this state, every hit his pet landed on a target would reduce that target's defense by 1%, up to a maximum of 60%!
Likewise, regardless of the damage dealt, as long as his pet hit a target sixty times, their defense would drop by 60%.
Good grief, Luo Fan could already picture it. Against a monster larger than himself, after his pet attacked sixty times and reduced its defense by 60%, it would have only 40% left.
Then his Weird Gun would ignore another 50% of its defense.
