The door was pushed open again, and Gato walked in.
"Zabuza, is the mission complete?"
Gato looked at the somewhat bedraggled Zabuza and asked.
"..."
Zabuza was silent for a while, then shook his head.
"That old man hired a team of monsters to escort him. I can't kill him."
Gato's face darkened. He had never imagined that Zabuza, whom he had paid a fortune to hire, would be so useless.
"Didn't you swear you could bring me that old bastard Tazuna's head?"
"Lord Zabuza needs to rest. Please leave for now."
Seeing Gato's hand about to reach Lord Zabuza, Haku stepped forward to stop him, speaking in a somewhat meek tone.
"I should leave? I should leave?!"
Gato laughed in anger. Fine, fine, fine. This is my territory, these are people I hired, and now they're telling me to leave without even finishing the job.
"Men, seize them both."
Gato clapped his hands, and a dozen or so lackeys carrying long swords walked in, surrounding Zabuza and Haku.
They swung their swords and charged at Zabuza and Haku, relying on their advantage in numbers.
"Shut up!"
Zabuza unleashed his full presence, and the Demon's intimidating aura stopped every lackey charging toward him in their tracks.
Zabuza raised his head, glanced at the lackeys around him who dared not advance, and casually knocked aside the one blocking Gato with the back of his blade.
