An army of such immense size naturally drew the Land of Earth's attention early on.

Inside Iwagakure, the administrators bustled about anxiously.
Obito moved quickly. On the third day after declaring war, he led his army to their borders.
Much of the Land of Earth's surface was covered in rock, and Iwagakure itself was surrounded by towering rocky mountains, making it exceptionally easy to defend and difficult to attack.
At the same time, however, trade between Iwagakure and other villages was much more difficult.
The towering rocky mountains provided defense, but also brought isolation.
Of course, at a time like this, the sense of security those mountains provided was undoubtedly a very good thing.

A blond man with a pompadour-like hairstyle and two small patches of mustache, one on either side, teased the man wrapped entirely in bandages.
