The instant the golden light fell, chains clattered. Creaking chains extended from the base and immediately wrapped around several Shinobi who had just been cut in half at the waist.

Gengetsu lay on the ground, his body steadily repairing itself. Even when he was alive, that attack could probably have killed him outright if he had let his guard down.
Konoha really was a cradle of geniuses.
"An attack from the sky?"
The Third Kazekage's body was also repairing itself. He had tried to block the attack with iron sand, but it had not bought him even a moment.
His body had been sliced apart in an instant, like paper meeting a sharp blade.
But the chains extended a little too slowly. Before the others repaired themselves, they only just managed to bind Hozuki Gengetsu, who was closest to the base.

I hear Konoha and Kirigakure have a pretty good relationship these days.
