4: Daifuku, Katakuri, a fair duel
Listening to his subordinate's report,
Xiu's brows knitted tightly.
"Big Mom again! You're asking to die!"
After Big Mom's repeated provocations,
Xiu's patience had been completely worn away!
Xiu used Shunpo to go straight outside Loguetown,
his icy gaze fixed on
the pirate ship that had appeared outside the harbor!
Daifuku shouted from aboard the ship:

Xiu, dressed in a black pinstriped suit,
suddenly appeared before him!
"So you're the brat who fights dirty!"
Daifuku was just about to step forward and "teach a lesson" to this
brat who didn't know his place.
But Katakuri, standing beside him, stopped him in time.
"Daifuku, calm down. This guy is Era Xiu!"
"What?!"
At those words, Daifuku looked at Xiu with eyes full of fury.
"You're the one who killed Oven!"
Xiu raised an eyebrow.
Now he understood.
So his fellow triplet brothers,
Katakuri and Daifuku,
had come to avenge Oven.
"If you mean that hotheaded bastard,
then yes, I killed him."
Xiu answered indifferently.
Little did he know that those words became
the final straw that snapped Daifuku's nerves!
"You damned bastard!"
As his words fell, Daifuku flung his cape aside!
He rubbed his body vigorously!

Even someone like Xiu, who
always stayed calm in battle,
found himself watching Daifuku's bizarre, baffling behavior
with a snarky remark stuck in his throat,
unable to get it out!
Soon, Daifuku stopped rubbing himself,
and shouted:
"Come out, magic lamp!"

A cloud of cyan smoke rose,
and a burly blue man with long pink hair,
holding a large blade,
appeared before Xiu!
The corners of Xiu's mouth twitched involuntarily.
What the hell is this muscular Barbie color scheme?!
But Daifuku and the others would never
understand that reference...
"Demon Slash!"
Whoosh!
The muscleman... no, wait,
the Lamp Genie instantly charged before Xiu,
mercilessly swinging the large blade in his hands
at Xiu's head!
"Die!!!"
Accompanied by Daifuku's excited cry,
the blade crashed down on Xiu's... finger?!
In that instant,
Xiu had raised his right index finger
and blocked the Lamp Genie's attack!
"How is that possible?!"
Daifuku cried out in disbelief!
The Lamp Genie seemingly hadn't expected such a result either!
"Demon Hunt!"
He gave a cold snort,
swinging his blade at Xiu even faster!
Once, twice, three times...
No matter how fast the Lamp Genie swung,
Xiu's finger blocked every blow!
Katakuri, standing nearby, couldn't bear to watch any longer.

Instead, he said to Daifuku beside him:
"Daifuku, stop. You're no match for him!"

"Era Xiu, I'll be your opponent!"
As for Katakuri,

In the original story, to fight Luffy fairly,
he had even gone so far as to injure himself.

Katakuri pointed toward
a deserted island beside Loguetown.

Then he used Shunpo to fly toward the deserted island.

"Hey, hey, hey! This is huge!!"
"That Marine Vice Admiral is going to fight
Big Mom's subordinate Katakuri in a duel to the death!"
In just a few seconds,
the news spread across the entire island!
"Gasp... it's that Era Xiu!"
"Damn it, how could we miss a spectacle like this?!"
"Move! Let me aboard!!"
The pirates clamored
as they hurried toward the harbor,
racing toward the nearby deserted island!
Soon, they arrived near the deserted island.
Of course, no one had the nerve to rashly go ashore!
Who did they think they were, daring to barge in?
Anyone who knew about Xiu's duel with Whitebeard
knew full well that Xiu's destructive power...
could cause Vanka Island's terrain
to be completely transformed!
