Throughout lunch, the food on Qin Huai's plate never dwindled either.
Qin Huai looked at the food piled almost into a small mountain on his plate, then turned to look at Gu Yunlan's completely empty plate. He let out a deep sigh.
Qin Huai reached out and caught the hand that was about to serve him more food.

Qin Huai's mouth twitched. He wondered whether the fans' comments had gotten to him too. How was he actually seeing golden retriever ears and a tail on Gu Yunlan?
Qin Huai glanced at Gu Yunlan's pitiful expression, then turned and picked up the serving chopsticks beside him, piling plenty of his favorite foods onto his plate too.
Gu Yunlan was planning to sneak some more food onto his husband's plate in a little while when a piece of steak coated in rich sauce suddenly appeared on his own clean plate, followed by several more chopstickfuls of his favorite dishes.
Both of Gu Yunlan's eyes lit up as he looked at his husband, who was drawing back the chopsticks.
Qin Huai turned away. What do I do? It looks like I'm never getting past this golden retriever thing.
